A Spanish additives SME offers, to his clients, economical organic tenso-active additive packages that allows making stable emulsified fossil and biofuels emulsions with up to 30% water. The SME plans to expand the business and not only offer their emulsifiers but also a mixing machine, enabling the client to independently obtain the final emulsions. A joint venture agreement is sought for the manufacturing or acquisition of the equipment; and a reciprocal production could be envisaged.
To preserving the environment, this clean fuel technology improves economical aspects by lowering fuel costs with tested technological processes. Unlike other "alternative fuels" this clean fuel formula is easily implemented in any existing facility of hydrocarbon fuels (boilers, engines, turbines...) Also neither combustion system modifications is necessary. For this matter, the SME is looking for an industrial partner, able to design and manufacture or acquire automatic two stage dispenser/doser and mixing machines, which fits to the needs and requirements of each client. The company knows exactly the settings and features of those machines and can collaborate in their design, if it is required. The most suitable partnership scheme would be a joint venture agreement to develop a new entity, with the contribution of both parties. One cares about the machinery and the other about the provision of the elements for the emulsions. This option allows both parties to profit and to offer a complete product package for the clients. A reciprocal production could be also taking into consideration, in order to share resources to achieve the objective of providing the clients with this complete package.
