UK-based provider of leadership and management training seeks agents to represent it and potentially to deliver its courses elsewhere in Europe
A UK-based provider of high quality leadership and management qualifications, from entry level to master’s equivalent, wishes to appoint agents to represent the company in other European countries. The firm would also consider appointing partners with appropriate skills and capacity as subcontractors, to deliver these qualifications on its behalf and is itself willing to be a subcontractor to others.
- The UK company can offer bespoke packages, as well as internationally recognised qualifications that are highly sought after; - It has strong links with qualification awarding bodies and works closely with recognised management institutions such as the Institute of Leadership and Management, to ensure that high standards are maintained and embedded within the world of work; - The firm is recognised for its commitment to the delivery of high quality training and development and is listed on the UK Skills Funding Agency’s register of approved training suppliers.
The well-established UK company is an experienced training provider, delivering career enhancement and personal development programmes to individuals, teams and organisations. It is able to provide leadership and management qualifications within any sector, ranging from entry level to master’s equivalent. The firm can also offer coaching and mentoring, either to individuals in their own workplace or as a taught programme to those who wish to learn the skills, in order to be able to develop their own staff. Its client base is wide and includes UK Government departments (it delivers apprenticeship and back-to-work training programmes on its behalf) and private sector clients, including a number of major UK retailers, manufacturers and other service providers. In order to grow its business in the wider European market, the company now wishes to appoint agents to represent it and promote specifically its range of internationally recognised leadership and development qualifications. It would also consider reaching subcontracting agreements with well-established firms who are capable of delivering these kinds of qualifications effectively on its behalf or alternatively acting itself as a subcontract deliverer of leadership and management courses, coaching or mentoring.
