A Danish producer of steel constructions, with a strong track record in the offshore industry is looking for commercial agents in Norway to ensure the continued expansion on the Norwegian market. The company can deliver complex technical solutions containing engineering, manufacturing, surface treatment and hydraulics and provides reliable subcontracting services to a number of key industry sectors including offshore and marine and the oil and gas industry.
The company benefits from having both an engineering department and their own production facilities, which means that they can supply complete solutions, - from engineering to manufacturing to documentation to final assembly on site. The company is well established in the offshore and marine and the oil and gas sectors with strong references, and has already many clients on the Norwegian market. The company has all required certifications for working in the offshore and maritime sectors.
The Danish company has worked successfully as a subcontractor for over 30 years in stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel and high strength steel in Denmark and abroad. They have a strong working track record with offshore and marine and oil and gas industries primarily with manufacturing, surface treatment, hydraulics and engineering.The company has 3.000 m2 production facilities in Denmark, and 1.500 m2 production facilities in Seattle, USA and employs around 45 people, of which 15 in the Seattle plant. Besides manufacturing facilities, the company offers engineering services such as product development, design and calculation and project management. The company has extensive experience working with DNV GL (Det Norske Veritas - a leading international offshore classification and certification society) and can be responsible as a one-stop supplier for both design approval and manufacturing. Design Verification Report and manufacturing with MRB (Manufacturing Record Book), approved by the class society can be delivered. They are looking for a commercial agent in Norway, who must have a strong network within Norwegian industry, preferably both within the general metal industry and the offshore and oil and gas industry, to promote their sale of specialised steel constructions.

The partner should be willing to act as a local key contact and must have broad technical and commercial experience. The Danish company offers full sales back up and training. Besides a strong track record the company is financially strong. The strategy has to be agreed between the partner and the Danish company and will depend on the partner. If needed the company will be supporting and assisting the partner in sales development, and will actively participate in the first sales meetings, other important meetings or conferences. The Danish company is very motivated and will provide the necessary back up to ensure a sales success in the Norwegian market for the benefit of both parties.
