It took 3 years to develop the product. The SME is not a trainer and the virtual training centers come completely empty. It is now deployed commercially at several large accounts with most of them having already renewed their yearly subscription several times. The SME now can handle a growing number of customers with some having several thousands user accounts and up to 300 simultaneous connections.
A French technology startup (founded in 2011) specialized in innovative corporate and academic training tools has developed a multi-user e-learning platform of a new kind that combines serious games and social networks. The staff includes software developers, games designers and community managers. Gamification is at the heart of the approach and learners have their own avatars navigating across 3D virtual training centres to complete a “learning mission” assigned by their trainers. On the administration side, a secured interface that makes the trainer(s) completely self-sufficient, has been developped.The trainer can supervise the entire account base, manage content / learning paths and export all kinds of statistics. The SME is looking for structures managing vocational training in the private sector willing to propose to their clients (large companies, SME ..) a new way of learning. The SME is looking for professional training institutes (structures managing vocational training) that are credible and renowned on their local markets. The SME does not provide the content of the training. It provides a virtual tool. The partners must be tech savvy and willing to propose a new way of learning to their clients. Different types of partnership could be considered according to the requirements of each party.
